Netbooks → At the Ubuntu Netbook Remix user interface updated
Little more than two months left before the release of new version of one of the most popular linux-distros - Ubuntu. The new version of Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala, which will appear in October, will be updated shell for netbooks - nothing really new, just careful work on the bugs. What changed?
Main change - the removal of the right sidebar, which took away pretty place on the already small screen netbook, and add the application to the Favorites list is even easier. Due to high demand in the envelope was turned off animation, making it more responsive, even on the weakest netbooks.
